We’re known for operating the best all-inclusive snorkel experiences on the island of Cozumel. On this tour, you’ll have your own completely private charter visiting the famous ‘El Cielo’ and other amazing destinations to give you a taste of what our beautiful island has to offer.

We provide everything you need to enjoy the tour with us in total comfort, including freshly prepared Mexican snacks and ice-cold drinks. Just turn up and we’ll take care of the rest!

If your hotel has a jetty or pier, we can even collect and drop you off directly. And we also have flexibility on the start time, from 10AM up to 3PM. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll make it happen.

Pickup details

We have flexibility in our departure time between 9AM and 2PM. Please give us 24 hours notice on which time you'd like, or let us know during booking.
Our boat can collect and return your group to your hotel jetty on the south side of the island (if it has one), but you must ensure the appropriate taxes are paid with your hotel prior to departure. Alternatively you can meet us at Caleta Harbor.

About Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
