We offer pick ups at Cabo San Lucas, San Jose Del Cabo and The Tourist Corridor. If the Customer doesn't provide
the name of the hotel, they would need to reach us 24 hours prior the tour, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service
The pick up time can be between 7:00 am and 9:45 am, the time is set acording to the location of your hotel. The catamaran departures from Cabo San Lucas. The guide that will be wearing
If you have confirmed transportation, please be at the Lobby 5 minutes prior to your pick up time. Driver will be wearing khaki slacks, white polo and Pez Gato sign.

About Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
